Leadership Position in an Emerging Company
In one of my first corporate
jobs, I told a consulting psychologist my career objective was the position of
president. He questioned that objective and asked why I would set my sights on the
top company role. I responded that being president would put me in a position to
have the greatest positive impact on the success of the company. Now, with a solid base of
experience, I am well prepared to assume such top level responsibilities.

in a organization. When I was a management consultant with an
international CPA firm, presidents of several client companies considered
me their peer and retained me to help them think through the issues they faced.
