'Spatterdash' - Our Band
Our band is comprised of several multi-talented South Bend and Mishawaka (Indiana) residents who all play two or more instruments as well as sing! Spatterdash (check Webster's Dictionary!) members play the accordion, cello, guitar, bass, tambura (a Bulgarian/Greek stringed instrument), tambourine, violin, mandolin, tupan (large drum from the Balkans).
In addition to private dance parties, our band performs at various folkdances in the Chicago, Door County and Madison Wisconsin, South Bend Indiana and southwestern Michigan areas.
