1. Note: IC 31-37-3-5 allows a "city, town, or county" to set up a special curfew by ordinance "for the peace, order, and safety of a cemetery or other facility used to memorialize the dead..." This special curfew may be "earlier" than the regular state curfew "by not more than four (4) hours." Only Mishawaka has adopted a special cemetery curfew.
2. Note: IC 31-37-3-4 allows a "city, town, or county" to "advance the [state] curfew time within the jurisdiction of the city, town, or county by not more than two (2) hours." As of April 16 , 1998, no advanced curfew has been adopted.
